How can I start my order?
You may download our app and place your weekly order.
At what time will my Bento Box be delivered?
Time may vary, but you should expect your orders to be delivered between 9am-12:30pm daily.
Do you deliver my weekly order all at once or is it daily?
Our meals are cooked and delivered daily to maintain quality and freshness.
Do I have to order the whole week?
We adapt to our client’s needs, there are no minimum nor maximum on orders.
Do I place my order daily or should I pre-order the whole week?
Our recommendation is to pre-order all the meals you need during the week, this way you don’t have to remind yourself daily to do so. The App will allow you to place your order with 24 hours in advance.
When will the Menu be available?
Menu will be available on Tuesdays from the week before, so you may place your order from there on.
Can I substitute, change or eliminate any ingredients?
Yes, you may, please add your comments on the “NOTES” section, we will gladly modify your Bento Box.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept: Ath Movil Business @bento2go, Paypal, Cash, Check or Venmo.
Do you charge Delivery Fee?
Yes, delivery fee is $1.00 per daily order.
How do we re-heat?
Bento Boxes can be reheated on a microwave or remove from Bento Box and place meal on a heated pan.
